About

It takes courage to ask for help, especially from someone you don't know. The goal of this counseling relationship is to identify healthy behaviors that you choose to examine and to incorporate patterns of change into your life. I strive to create and maintain a therapeutic relationship that is accepting and empowering. Depression, anxiety and exhaustion can be consequences of unresolved conflict, painful loss, overthinking, worrying, procrastinating, people-pleasing, approval-seeking, and care-taking of those around you.

My key areas of clinical expertise and interest include life transitions. I am trained to work with Women's issues including fertility struggles, post-partum depression, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, PTSD, relationship issues, situational and chronic stress, chronic or life threatening illness and challenges associated with life transitions.

I am a dedicated clinician with more than 15 years of experience in a variety of behavioral/mental health concerns. I enjoy helping people overcome the challenges that inevitably occur in life. My goal is to provide client with guidance, skills, and evidence to deal with the challenges in an inclusive and non-judgement setting.
