About

I specialize in telehealth therapy for adult ADHD, executive functioning concerns, and anxiety. As a neuropsychologist, I appreciate the complex interactions between our brains, our behaviors, and our environments. I view symptoms and their potential remedies through a scientific lens, with a focus on evidence-based strategies -- practical tools that can make a difference in your everyday life. I also believe treatment should be collaborative, creative, and tailored for your specific needs. I try to approach therapy with curiosity, determination, openness, and humor, and I invite my clients to do the same.

My practice is based in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and may incorporate cognitive rehabilitation or mindfulness principles depending on your goals. Therapy can target thinking skills (e.g., attention, memory, planning), emotion regulation (e.g., worry, frustration, impulsivity), or both. Specific CBT for ADHD and anxiety disorders are available.

I believe therapy should be convenient and easy to access. With telehealth, you can attend video or phone appointments from home. I am based in Bend, but can work with clients located anywhere in Oregon. Get in touch by phone or online: https://connectedcognition.com/
