I want to see my client's whole life picture and work to provide a treatment plan that fits their goals. My practice includes a range of client types, each being unique. I believe that everyone has the power to change and I meet my clients where they are. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive environment to facilitate that change. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 19 years. I have provided community education, worked with clients through life transitions, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, and ADHD. I have helped couples and families improve communication and overall functioning. I look forward to working with you in making the change you seek. I have completed the Level 2 training for the Gottman Method of Couples Counseling as well as The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work training.
