At some point in life, everyone could use a BOOST! Hello, I’m Roby Murphy, the founder and principal therapist of Boost Your Life Counseling and Consulting, LLC. My journey into the world of counseling began as a school counselor, where I discovered my passion for helping individuals navigate life's ups and downs. Armed with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Troy University and board certifications as both a counselor and a school counselor, I’ve spent over a decade in the helping professions. Before launching my own private practice, I gained invaluable experience working with various organizations. Now, I’m thrilled to focus on what I love most—empowering teenagers and young adults, though I’m here for anyone aged 13 and up who needs support. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking direction, I'm committed to providing personalized, empathetic, and effective counseling to help you live your best life.
