Are you sick and tired of being stuck and feeling pained because of trauma and past painful experiences? Are you not sure about your life story and what it really means to be you? Do you feel slighted, and minimized by others? Do you have few people who really understand where you are coming from? Trauma can bring and keep individuals down sometimes with and even without provocation. If you have not been helped by talk therapy then art therapy coupled with Advanced Integrative Therapy and/or addiction counseling may put you on the fast track to recovery. Art therapy, Advanced Integrative Therapy and licensed addiction counseling are specialty areas. Advanced Integrative Therapy is an innovative, progressive, energy psychology. Art therapy is more than a creative therapeutic discipline. With 30 years as an art therapist and 17 years as an addiction counselor, I have helped numerous people. I am trained as a feminist therapist; my private practice is based on equity and human rights. With specialized training in working with those affected by trauma, adverse childhood experiences, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, patriarchal structures and institutions, I strive to equalize power imbalances and encourage creative solutions to problems.
