About

I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, challenges with life transitions like beginning parenthood and aging, grief and loss, stress at work or at home, and the challenges of living with medical conditions. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in exploring their thoughts, feelings, patterns in relationships, and more.

I use person-centered, collaborative, strength-based, cognitive behavioral, motivational, and solution-focused approaches to therapy. My approach is tailored to you, your life, and your goals.

I enjoy the therapeutic partnership – working with clients to learn, grow, and solve problems together. I approach my work with empathy and authenticity, aiming to be present and to meet you where you are in the therapeutic process. You are the expert on your life and challenges. I am here to learn and explore with you as you work to meet your goals.
