Are you feeling lost in your own story? Breaking patterns, finding your story, rewriting the journey, understanding ourselves, and designing new paths can be ways out of cycles of behavior. Living your best life takes work, honesty and exploration. Working together, we can develop strategies and tools you can continue to use now and throughout your life. Change begins when we start to look more closely at our lives and think intentionally about who we are and who we want to be. Our stories and those we have yet to tell and live matter. My practice focuses on clients in a humanistic way using a psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness approach. I work with clients in an equitable and facilitative role--with humor and kindness--allowing change to come in your own way and time. I have experience working to help you navigate relationships, anxiety, stress, trauma, decisions, or life transitions. Having worked in education as a teacher and administrator for the past two decades, I have a unique view on the systems that family and peer groups can create.
