As a genuine and compassionate clinician, I enjoy connecting with my clients in a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment. With 10 years experience working beside adults and adolescents struggling with substance use issues, I have helped clients move past shame and guilt to develop a strong identity and achieve personal growth. With experience in several different settings, I have provided support through individual and group therapy and crisis intervention. My particular areas of interest include, anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, and weight management. My preferred therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. More than anything else, I believe growth and healing occur in an honest and supportive environment.
