About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty-five years of experience. My approach is eclectic and evidence-based, adapting to my client's needs and goals. I support clients with various issues, i.e., depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, abuse (both childhood and adult), LGBTQ issues, and grief.

I use a variety of methods to support growth, healing, and the discovery of oneself. Some of these modalities include EMDR, dreams, art/expressive therapies, mindfulness, inner child work, spiritual issues, and internal family systems.

I welcome questions via email. Not every therapist is the right fit for everyone. I encourage you to ask questions and make sure you feel good about whoever you choose. It is my desire and joy to support people to live authentically.
