I am a therapist with over 25 years experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults.I also provide couples counseling to help couples develop better communication skills and gain a better understanding of each other and each others needs. I have experience working in hospitals and in community mental health centers helping individuals with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief and loss. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, illness, loss, ACOA issues, panic disorders, physical and developmental disabilities. I am a very interactive therapist who incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems treatment approaches to help my clients make positive changes in their lives. I have my graduate degree from Boston University School of Social Work and trained at Children's Hospital Boston, MA.
