Finding a counselor with whom you connect is the first, and quite possibly, the most important step in the counseling process. It is my belief, offering a comfortable and safe environment conducive of open and honest self-exploration, is what helps lead to lasting and meaningful life changes. My hope is the environment we create while working together will enable you to continue on your path with new insight and a positive direction. It's important to recognize the freedom and responsibility as you enter the process, these two ideas translate to your everyday world.
