My ideal client is any young adult who feels challenged by life's current twist and turns or who is feeling stuck because they believe that they can't overcome the past. A person like this needs support, clarity, honesty and empathy. That client needs a place to cry, laugh, be angry and vent without the fear of being judged. This client would be able to develop goals that free them from the shackles that bind them mentally, physically and spiritually. They would be free to recreate new alliances with a faith or family that may have harmed or injured or even become more loving of a body that was violated. I am a therapist that is in continuous study of trauma and self-development. I am very eclectic in my theory but lean towards several forms of therapy. I have worked with adolescents, young adults and more senior adults. I do not work with alcohol, drug or eating disorders. My hope is that you will not give in to the fear or stigmas about therapy and will trust that I will hold your needs and wounds as tenderly as a doctor would hold your body when you are physically ill. Please trust that I will walk with you as YOU discover the solutions to healing your whole mind, body and soul.
