I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with individuals, couples, and families with a strong emphasis on, though not limited to, Men (ages 8+). I have experience working with issues related to anxiety, depression, family/relational conflict, ADHD, Anger, Grief, Life Transitions, and Trauma. I believe in creating a safe environment in order to open communication, build relationships, and create hope.Therapy should be collaborative with clients in determining their goals, with the inclusion of one's value system. I am open to work with all clients regardless of Race, Religion, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, and Gender. I offer clients to use mindfulness to process thought, feeling, and behavior. I also work with a Systemic Perspective, knowing that we all come to therapy with family and friends that impact us outside of session. Additionally, through the use of ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), I am able to help clients manage overwhelming emotions or past trauma. In addition to my LMFT license (acquired 4/2021), I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
