About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with individuals, couples, and families with a strong emphasis on, though not limited to, Men (ages 8+). I have experience working with issues related to anxiety, depression, family/relational conflict, ADHD, Anger, Grief, Life Transitions, and Trauma. I believe in creating a safe environment in order to open communication, build relationships, and create hope.Therapy should be collaborative with clients in determining their goals, with the inclusion of one's value system. I am open to work with all clients regardless of Race, Religion, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, and Gender.

I offer clients to use mindfulness to process thought, feeling, and behavior. I also work with a Systemic Perspective, knowing that we all come to therapy with family and friends that impact us outside of session. Additionally, through the use of ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), I am able to help clients manage overwhelming emotions or past trauma.

In addition to my LMFT license (acquired 4/2021), I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. If you are interested in services or if you would like to know more please give me a call or send me an email.
