About

I am a clinical psychologist in Warren, RI with an expertise in addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, existential challenges, and loss of meaning and purpose. I use my expertise in evidence-based therapies to help clients move beyond symptoms and lead more fulfilling lives. My approach to therapy explores how thoughts, feelings, and behavior shape who we are and what we do. Within this framework, we figure out what you value most in life to assist in guiding you to reach your goals.

I have specialized training from my predoctoral internship at the Yale University School of Medicine, postdoctoral training at South Shore Mental Health and my years working at the Providence VA Medical Center, mostly recently as the Chief of the Addiction Services. In addition, I am a faculty member of the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University.

Change is possible! We work on the balance of self acceptance and moving outside the box to create meaningful change in your life. I take my direction from you and move at a pace that is comfortable for you. At the same time, I give you guidance and recommendations based on my expertise. Together we will collaborate to help you reach your goals!
