Clients who want assistance with a specific concern, want to enhance their sense of self-understanding or their overall mental wellbeing. I provide a safe and confidential environment for my clients in Northwest Louisiana to openly share their inner-most thoughts, feelings, fears, desires and hopes. I encourage my clients to own their therapeutic process by fully participating in developing and implementing their therapy plan. Areas of focus are: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Addiction, Domestic Violence in Families, Men's issues, and Military Life Style issues. I primarily utilize modalities including cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies, I tailor my approach and interventions to each individual. To let you know a little about me, I’m a native New Yorker now residing in Louisiana for thirty-plus years. I served this great country of ours as an Army Officer for 28 years before retiring.
