I am an experienced therapist who is skilled in working with clients who are dealing with a wide variety of issues and problems. In a relaxing and confidential environment, trusting relationships are established to enhance quality of life, functioning, health, and satisfaction. Areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples therapy, family therapy, sex therapy, coping skills training, psychological testing, stress management, EMDR, and hypnosis. I blend couples and sex therapy to provide unique approaches towards improving relationships. Personality testing can be used to enhance the process and to help couples to better understand themselves and each other. Couples are taught helpful skills to get more of their needs met and to function better together. I strive to provide quality psychological services in a very relaxing and peaceful environment.
