Are you a woman struggling with anxiety, fear, intrusive thoughts, intense anger, overwhelming sadness, and feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness? You’ve entered the right space. I commend you for coming this far! The women I work with are facing emotional, physical, and spiritual traumas. Many of my clients struggle with dysfunctional interpersonal relationships, have experienced abandonment, rejection, and various forms of abuse. This often feels like an uphill climb, and you need the right therapist alongside you. The women I work with are finding healing, adaptive solutions, and learning how to thrive. I utilize Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, CPT, CBT, MI, Psychoydnamic therapy, and Strengths Based Approach. I am determined to be authentic because I believe healing happens when safety is present, authenticity in the therapeutic relationship invites safety. I commit to each client to meet their individual needs versus seeing them as a diagnosis. Choosing the right therapist is an important decision, often we work together for many life seasons. I strive to create an environment of encouragement, bringing therapeutic knowledge to the effort of each client.
