In collaborating with me to improve your wellness, I will work hard to connect with you and build trust. We can work with internal changes and the constant flow of changes around us. I value creativity, individuality, voice, curiosity and authenticity. You will be meeting with a therapist who enjoys engaging conversations that might not feel like therapy until the end of the session when you realize therapy can be enjoyable. These interactions are meant to increase understanding which experiences have shaped you and which changes you'd like to make. I am a non-binary provider who uses they and them pronouns. My biggest passion is supporting others in the LGBTQ community. I also welcome polyamorous, kinky, neurodivergent and social justice-aligned folks whom I also share community with. However you identify, I’m here to support you in living by your values with the freedom to explore your goals. If you come to therapy to explore a specific mental health condition, I have experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and neurodivergence. While I have an eclectic style, I've been trained in EMDR, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, iCBT and DBT.
