I specialize in working with adult females searching for personal empowerment, inner peace and self acceptance. None of us are immune to life struggles, fears and insecurities. It is not the challenges we face that define us, rather, how we cope with challenges. We are all on this journey together. Do you have the strength and courage to embrace your fantastically flawed humanity? I strive to create a warm and supportive therapy environment. I will challenge you and teach you to trust your inner voice and access your infinite supply of insight, wisdom and power. You already have the answers, it is just a matter of accessing them. Focus on women's issues: Self esteem, postpartum depression/anxiety, infertility, advanced age motherhood, life transitions and relationships. I focus on how you perceive yourself, life events and situations. If you cannot trust your own inner voice, you cannot reach inner peace and fulfillment. I am licensed in both New York and South Carolina and I really enjoy working with clients from both areas. A trend towards telehealth has allowed me to accomplish this. Originally from the New York area, I have resided in the South Carolina lowcountry for 20+ years. I now enjoy the flexibility and ease offered through telehealth.
