The systems we live within (capitalism, colonialism, anti-fatness, etc.) and our early attachment experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from others, our bodies, our values, and our authentic selves. I offer a compassionate space to explore the ways these systems have impacted you. Together, we’ll develop resources, skills, and insights to make your life and relationships more manageable and meaningful. View 10 Photos Drawing from my work in queer and immigrant communities, and in residential and outpatient settings, I specialize in trauma, attachment injuries, eating disorders, and identity exploration. My approach integrates trauma-informed perspectives like parts work and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (a somatic or “body-based” talk therapy). We may be a good fit if you want to shift your relationship with shame, food, or your body while deepening your understanding of your patterns, beliefs, and neurotype. I enjoy working with clients at all stages of recovery. Together, we’ll hold space for and tend to the hard things in life while celebrating your authenticity and progress.
