I offer an empathic, client-directed approach and love helping clients build better versions of themselves. I meet clients where they are and provide a space where they can explore their unique life experiences and find their path forward. I have worked in the mental health field for 8+ years, beginning with getting a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from BYU. I specialize in child and adolescent behaviors, working extensively with young adults and families. I also work largely with the LGBTQ+ population, primarily with men experiencing sexual shame, spiritual conflicts, concerns, anxiety, depression, insecurities, and relationship issues. I have my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. I am an LGBTQIA2+ advocate and ally and aim to create a safer place for all to explore their unique identity.
