No matter our age, we all have challenges, troubles, or a past that needs some attention. From problems with depression, anxiety, anger, or trauma, to relationship and family problems, deciding on a new direction in life, or rebuilding after a break-up, it's about sorting things out and deciding our way through. For young people struggling to launch into healthy adulthood, I have knack for helping someone get into the driver's seat. I am a Developmental Psychologist and Counselor who helps my clients understand and hone their natural strengths, to better navigate life. We all have an internal compass to help us find our way-- the key is to know how to use it. Sessions are online or in person, typically 90 minutes long. With more time per session, we cover much more ground. But, if it turns out I'm not the right fit for you somehow, I will gladly try to help you find someone else who might be.
