About

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression or a sense of overwhelm? Does this anxiety affect your mood, how you relate to others and your relationships? Do you often wonder if this feeling of anxiety and overwhelm could be better, that you could feel better? Now more than ever, people are feeling uncertain and overwhelmed with their anxiety and depression. They are feeling more lonely than ever and are wanting to get support toward feeling less anxious and more sure about their place in this world.

Being a present and active partner on a client’s healing journey has been at the heart of my clinical practice for over 30 years. A guiding principle of my work is to meet people where they are, to create a safe and collaborative space for exploration and healing. Life can hold deep challenges and struggles.

My intention is to help those I work with develop the confidence to know they can face those challenges, and to learn to navigate life with more ease. I see therapy as a partnership, in which together we explore the unique path you have walked and build a toolbox of strategies and insights that promote growth, healing, and resilience.
