About

I enjoy working with service members, veterans and families, women and men in recovery from addictive behaviors and helping adolescents navigate life. I offer a safe environment where you will feel comfortable and can openly share without fear of judgment. We, together, will identify problem areas, create treatment goals and Change Plans to reflect a healthy mind, body and spirit.

We will build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and this will allow you to grow and heal your life. We will walk the journey together for wellness one session at a time. I use Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Impact Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

I’m confident I can help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, relationship upsets, grief, or stress management. I use a variety of techniques from my therapeutic tool box to aid in wellness and healing. I also have training and experience in Equine Assisted Learning/Therapy. For addictive behaviors I use SMART Recovery Techniques
