Welcome! I first want to acknowledge your insight, courage and initiative in seeking support. Recognizing that there are areas of your life where there may be confusion and fear, a sense of being “stuck” or perhaps even hopelessness, is the first step in moving from just surviving to thriving. In my clinical practice I focus on the difficulty of adjusting to a variety of issues and transitions common in midlife and beyond, namely insomnia, retirement or other identify shifts, grief, loss, and relationship challenges. My approach is to assess challenges and build on your strengths. In partnership, we will uncover any self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back, and using a cognitive behavioral strategy, create and implement a plan of incremental steps toward lasting change in your life. My goal is to empower you with the skills to thrive, not just survive.. If you are ready to embark on a transformative journey of self discovery, and personal growth, I invite you to reach out to me. Together, let’s navigate the challenges of midlife and beyond, and create the fulfilling and meaningful life that aligns with your aspirations.
