Life is full of twists and turns, often unexpected and challenging to even the most seasoned navigator. Individual, couple, and family therapy can provide relief to those seeking support by regrouping, learning coping skills and gaining helpful insight to promote empowered change. It is my honor to help individuals, couples, and families who are seeking help to either heal, learn new ways to manage their lives or adjust to new challenges. I have extensive experience in the fields of anxiety/depression/PTSD, adjustment, illness, grief, sudden loss, marriage, post-partum depression, blended family, parenting, and addiction. My practice encompasses adolescents to the young at heart. My education, training, professional experiences allow me to not only meet clients where they are, but also help them develop goals suitable to their needs. I am currently using EMDR to help those who are interested in this incredibly effective modality of treating trauma as well as a multitude of other therapeutic needs. I believe that the spectrum of "normal" is wide and often varies throughout the seasons of our lives, but often we may feel overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, or depressed. My practice is focused on hope and healing, helping you to find your 'normal' again. I am now accepting insurance clients at the Mooresville location.
