We have all struggled with something in our lives, and all too often we are kept busy by the stressors and demands of everyday life. Therapy can be a space to take pause and work to understand our individual challenges. As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I can help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences to gain insight into "stuck points" that you may be facing. I work with individuals, couples and families to address dynamics affecting their personal and/or professional lives. I have extensive experience related to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, parenting concerns and destructive patterns. I understand that taking the initial step to reach out for help can be overwhelming. My approach to therapy is to tailor interventions to the individual in a warm and supportive manner. I provide free consultation with potential clients to generally talk through their interests and concerns.
