I believe every person is deserving and capable of growth. My clinical experience lies in treating a variety of concerns, with particular focus and training in religious trauma & deconstruction, as well as eating disorder treatment. I'm passionate about working to heal the isolation, loss of community, loss of identity, depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, relational conflict, and many other forms of distress that often accompany these concerns. My goal is to give you the space to explore a new sense of self in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Taking the first step in seeing a therapist can be nerve-wracking. However, if you feel that it's time to make a change, I encourage you to reach out. Your concerns will be met with support, warmth, and a variety of evidence based therapeutic techniques.
