I love talking to everyone who walks through my door. I find particular joy in empowering individuals who struggle with their self-esteem and confidence and validating individuals who feel shame or that their issue is too taboo. I want to give every person I meet the opportunity to unapologetically share their difficulties without fear of judgment. I help clients by using a hodge-podge of therapeutic skills and theories. What it comes down to is that I want to help in a holistic and tailored way that best suits each client. Our struggles hit us from all areas and sprout up uniquely in everyone, so our therapy experience should be unique to each individual as well. Whatever it is that you're going through to bring you to read all these Psychology Today profiles, it's the worst that you have to go through that. I'm proud of you for putting in the work to find help in the thick of your struggle. I would love to be the welcoming, nonjudgmental, sometimes-swearing therapist that can help you through this.
