Our non-profit counseling center offers affordable counseling to any member of the Elk Grove, Sacramento, and Galt communities. We are a low-cost options for those in need. We believe that we can help you find hope while learning how to live a more emotionally healthy life. Please call to set up an appointment or a free phone consultation. We work with individuals, children, and families to address various issues, including depression, anxiety, maladaptive sexual behaviors, family conflict, parenting, co-parenting, grief and loss, and infidelity. Our staff is prepared to assist you in learning new ways to cope with the pain and distress that relationships and life can bring us. We look forward to helping you and/or your family to learn specific tools to use in creating the life that you are hoping for.
