Establishing sobriety can be difficult, even If you've been to treatment multiple times. Or maybe you are struggling to watch a loved one that is using alcohol or drugs. I also work with people who experience stress related to other mental illness like anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and trauma. If your unsure about what to do next, or anxious about talking to someone, a phone call or an email are great places to start. I am able to provide substance use and co-occurring evaluations for Nebraska Probation, the court system, and DOT evaluations. I can provide individual outpatient treatment for substance use, mental health, or co-occurring (substance use/mental health) challenges. I can also assist in connecting people with higher levels of treatment beyond outpatient. I specialize in helping people. I am a dual licensed therapist with over 20 years experience working with people in all levels of substance use and mental health treatment.
