Hi I'm Rebecca Maestas and I am a mental and behavioral heath therapist and a life coach operating in New Mexico. My clinical experience includes working with trauma, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, depression, grief & loss, divorce & separation. Guiding my clients through challenging emotions, I employ various therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique needs. Whether utilizing a trauma informed lens, IFS aware, DBT techniques, or somatic work through organic intelligence to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner strengths and progress towards your goals. I can offer a Christian perspective. Coaching allows me to see clients in the US and internationally. Also I help couples and individuals heal from sex/porn addiction, & betrayal trauma. I am trained by the Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS). I am passionate about helping couples heal and move forward with increased emotional connection and healthy sexuality. My communication style is empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Creating a safe and supportive space for clients to express themselves openly. By fostering a collaborative approach, I empower clients to actively participate in their journey towards personal growth and healing.
