I am passionate about working with couples and individuals around relationship concerns, intimacy, desire discrepancies/low desire, trauma, infidelity, anxiety, and sexual health & pleasure. I help couples and individuals increase insight and understanding of how their mind, body, and attachment styles influence their quality of life and relationships. I am here to listen, respect, and support you from a place of compassion, acceptance, and non-judgment. My therapeutic process is integrative and collaborative involving Emotionally Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems. My goal is to meet you where you are. Finding a therapist that you connect with and feel understood by is an integral part of therapy. I help people work towards improved connections within themselves, their relationships, and their sexuality.
