I enjoy finding a person or family's strengths and resources in a warm and inviting environment. My practice is research based and brings the best resources in a down to earth and nonjudgmental way. I specialize in what is known as Family Systems Therapy utilizing techniques like play, sandtray, family sculpting and Gottman couples therapy. If you are struggling in relationships you care about, I can work with you alone or with multiple family members. Help requires taking that first step, and you are already on your way. Family Systems Therapy involves examining the context that each individual comes from and encouraging the best out of the person in order to influence the whole. The system includes not only those persons who are part of the immediate family, but also anyone who influences those people as well.
