Welcome! I work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relational difficulties. With a foundation in trauma-informed and person-centered care, I bring a warm, holistic, and culturally competent perspective to our therapeutic journey. My affirming and conversational style is designed to both support and gently challenge you as needed, and I draw from diverse therapeutic approaches, including attachment theory, EMDR, and narrative and psychodynamic frameworks. As your therapist, I collaborate with you to uncover and overcome hurdles that are hindering your thriving in life. My mission is to help you identify and address areas of healing, growth, and transformation; provide you with practical tools as needed; and draw upon the incredible strengths you already possess. About me: Before becoming a therapist, I served in healthcare as a nurse and proudly hail from Atlanta, GA. I am a child of immigrants, who I thank for my enduring love of Korean food. Outside of work, I usually have my hands full wrangling my two chihuahuas, but I also enjoy being active, watching movies, and spending time with loved ones.
