The counseling relationship is most successful when it welcomes honesty, vulnerability and an environment that helps individuals feel safe and secure. I utilize a wide variety of theoretical approaches and modalities, dependent upon the needs of the client, to include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Person-centered therapy. I partner with my clients to determine the approach(es) that work best for them. I provide counseling services to adults. My specialty areas include Christian counseling, anxiety and depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders and grief and life transitions. I also have a passion to serve military members and their families and am always looking to expand my knowledge for providing compassionate, effective care. Taking this first step toward therapy can be incredibly difficult. I would love to help you on your journey to a deeper connection with yourself. I offer a 15-minute, free consultation to discover if we would be a good fit together.
