As a young adult, I am passionate about supporting individuals throughout their lifespan. I utilize a safe, collaborative, and person-centered approach to my therapy, as each person has their own unique set of needs. I will be my client’s biggest advocate, while openly including immediate family members involved to ensure a well-rounded therapeutic relationship. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to teens and adults with anxiety, autism, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, career indecision, managing general life stressors, and sports performance. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Towson University’s Honors College, where I also played on the Women’s Lacrosse team for 5 years as a starter and captain. I am currently under the clinical supervision of Amy Miles, LCPC. Before I joined Insight Wellness, I completed a year-long advanced internship for the Carroll County Youth Service Bureau. This experience provided me training in individual and group therapy, as well as specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). My life-long involvement in team sports, my education and mental health training background has prepared me to provide empathetic care to youth and families.
