As a Clinical Social Worker, I have provided counseling services within various agencies since 2002. My work is focused on enhancing the emotional well-being of those who are experiencing combat trauma, grief and loss, domestic violence, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. My training has aff I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, (CPT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, (PP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), and Intimate Partner Violence, (IPV). Completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which I use in my work with couples. I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional.
