I know how hard it can be to take the first step towards getting counseling support. I commend you for having taken that first step. I hope you can find the help you are seeking soon. I work with adults and seniors. In my work with adults, I work with those struggling with feelings of worry, sadness, difficulty around life transitions, workplace stress, relationship difficulties and those struggling with parenting issues, including parenting of children with special needs. I provide a safe, gentle, caring, and non-judgmental space for us to work together toward your goals. I can support parents with parent support and guidance. We will work together to figure out what is working for your child and family and which strategies may benefit from change. I truly enjoy working with parents and work hard to put families at ease throughout the process. Following graduate school I completed a two year fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center where I gained extensive experience in a range of treatment models. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and have great interest in and extensive experience in working with a diverse population.
