About

Hey there! I'm Ravina Wadhwani, licensed therapist (LPCC), survivor, and published poet. I'm a first-generation, proud South Asian woman-identifying therapist, who believes that therapy can be a safe space to heal from the unspeakable things that make us feel disconnected from ourselves, far from our purpose, and that have somehow managed to remove us from the track we wish to be on. We weren't designed to heal in isolation. I offer a brave space that is centered on you, as a whole person. I use a person-centered, compassionate approach that emphasizes your needs, goals, and the things that work best for you.

I am here, first and foremost to work with you to find out what would best fit your needs together. I am professionally trained in an array of modalities and I can't wait to work with you!

I work with folks of all ages, backgrounds, gender identities, sexual identities, races, and cultural backgrounds, looking for that one space they can commit to, to honor their voice, address their traumas, who want to dive deep into an understanding of their or others' patterns and who simply want to feel more of themselves.
