Hello there. My name is Randa Adams and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for seventeen years. When I began providing therapy, I worked with children and families who had been victims of sexual abuse, rape, and/or domestic violence. I then spent several years working exclusively with adults with schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and bi-polar disorder. I have been a consultant for the United States Air Force working with the military community and their families and have collaborated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) providing crisis counseling for people affected by natural disasters. I have worked with children, teens, and adults with oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), anger management issues, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress management, postpartum anxiety and depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, and couple-specific issues. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort and look forward to working with you, your child, and your family to reach your goals and to create positive and healthy relationships.
