About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) offering virtual individual therapy for adults in Massachusetts. Whether you are new to therapy or have been in therapy for years, I'm here to assist you with navigating life's challenges. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, trauma, work-related issues, relationship issues, and life transitions for young adults. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I am currently on staff at Massachusetts General Hospital and have previously worked at McLean Hospital on a psychiatric inpatient unit . My other experience includes a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and a college counseling center. I'm a member of the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF).

I believe building trust between client and therapist is essential for creating a warm and safe environment where change can occur. I'm happy to schedule a free initial call to answer any questions and potentially schedule an intake session. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
