Life is meant to be lived fully, but often there are circumstances that get in the way of our ability to engage at the level that we want to. Whether that is a trauma or loss or a major life stressor that has made life seem unbearable, you can receive help and there is hope of moving forward and living life to the fullness of your potential. My counseling practice stems from the belief that each and every human has value and deserves to be seen and heard, regardless of age, background, or status. I work with individual adults and adolescents employing trauma-informed care on your path to recovery from life’s difficulties. I practice a holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered approach, working with you toward your individual goals within therapy. My practice comes from a trauma-informed lens and I greatly value somatic and inner mind-body connection work which is incorporated through talk therapy and Lifespan Integration. I look forward to walking with you on your journey towards health and wellness. Let’s take the first step together today.
