About

As a skilled and empathetic psychotherapist, my goal is to help you lead the life that you desire. I pair my psychodynamic training with evidence-based approaches and techniques to determine where changes can be made to help you find relief and fulfillment in your life.

My practice consists of adolescents, adults, and couples with a variety of issues including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I additionally have particular expertise in maternal mental health.

As partners in the process of therapy we can address emotional, mental, physical and practical areas of your life. Through a strengths based lens, clients learn to improve coping skills, work through issues, as well as develop insight, understanding, and the confidence to improve their lives.
