Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
My clinical experience has included working with individuals that have experienced trauma as well as anxiety and depression. I currently practice individual therapy with individuals (16 y/o and up) experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. We may utilize various modalities including mindfulness techniques, attachment work and mind-soul-body integration. I'm passionate about working with the QTPOC population and in seeing that they and other underserved populations gain access to therapy. View 5 Photos I'm multiracial, born in Oahu, Hawaii, and a member of the Polynesian community. Much of my philosophy on therapy has been shaped by my experience in the non-profit field. Our goals in therapy will primarily focus on developing self-compassion and self-awareness, as well as promoting self-understanding, love and acceptance. Recover. Regain Strength. Thriving, not surviving. Return To Being You. Sometimes asking for help is the bravest move you can make. You do not have to do it alone!
