About

I enjoy working with clients that are ready to make a positive change in their life! Sometimes it's hard to get the motivation to make that change, so that is something we can work on together. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and family/relationship conflict.

During my undergraduate and graduate studies I received certificates for working with children, adolescents, and families. I have worked in crisis situations and environments which have given me experience being a calm and collected individual to turn to.

I believe that every client is the only expert of their own life. I value my client's ability to make their own life decisions. I am here to be an outlet for emotions and thoughts and to guide you to where you want your life to go.
