Rachel brings a unique approach to sessions by combining humor, emotional support, and evidence-based techniques to assist clients in understanding and managing their emotional symptoms, building meaningful relationships, and increasing their self-confidence. Her goal is to help you not only find solutions to your struggles but also to develop the skills and strength you need to thrive with confidence.
