Aloha mai kākou! Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be when you find someone you can connect with. I am here to help you if you are in the process of navigating a life transition and need extra support, or are working on reconciling or re-configuring parts of your identity that have been hidden away or pushed down for too long. Everyone has a story that is important and unique, and we all deserve to be able to unmask and become our most authentic and favorite version of ourselves. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of HI, but am also a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in NY, and a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT) in North America. I utilize modalities such as drama therapy and creative arts or play-based interventions, and also integrate counseling interventions, including EMDR. My style is relaxed (Iʻm a jeans and t-shirt kind of human), integrative, playful, and collaborative.
