With empathy, deep listening and grounded humor, I help many people to overcome the difficulties they face. I begin with profound respect for how people have learned to cope. I work with people to continue their healing path in a way that makes sense for them by pulling on my understanding of Somatic Experiencing, trauma, psychodynamic, spirituality and play therapy frameworks. We will work together to understand the roots of your difficulties and your strengths, so we can know how to release you from what blocks you.
