About

I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing some of the most challenging transitions of their lives. This might look like recovering after trauma, deconstructing from religion, working through grief and loss, navigating life after divorce, blending families, receiving a painful diagnosis, or opening up to your true gender and/or sexual identity. We are told that "life is hard", and often we are led to feel that our challenges of living are ours to carry alone. I am here to help carry the weight and together find ways to lighten the burden and strengthen yourself.

My goal is to provide a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore themselves and the world around them and work together to find understanding, acceptance, and hope.

If you're seeking understanding, support, and a safe space to explore life's challenges, I'm here for you. Let's embark on a transformative journey together. Reach out to start your healing and growth.
